Terms of Service

Plain-language terms for using CryptoPayIn. Last updated July 19, 2026.

1. The service

CryptoPayIn (“the service”) provides cryptocurrency payment processing: invoice creation with locked exchange rates, hosted checkout pages, payment links and shops, an API, webhooks, balance accounting and on-chain payouts. The service settles exclusively in cryptocurrency; it provides no fiat custody, banking or card processing.

2. Accounts

An account is identified solely by a randomly generated account key shown once at creation. You are responsible for storing the key (and any 2FA recovery codes) securely; whoever holds the key controls the account. We cannot recover lost keys — we never store them in recoverable form. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful commerce. It is prohibited to use the service to sell or facilitate anything illegal under the law applicable to you or your customers — including but not limited to stolen data or credentials, malware, weapons, illegal drugs, child sexual abuse material, human trafficking, or fraud. We may refuse service and terminate access for unlawful use. You are solely responsible for the legality of your goods and services, for taxes on your revenue, and for your own regulatory obligations.

4. Payments and settlement

Exchange rates lock at invoice creation from independently verified sources; if verification fails, invoice creation fails. A payment is settled when it reaches the confirmation threshold of its network as displayed at checkout. On-chain transactions are irreversible; the service has no mechanism to reverse a confirmed payment. Underpayments are flagged rather than settled automatically. Refunds, when you choose to give them, are withdrawals you initiate to an address your customer provides.

5. Fees

The service charges 1% of each settled payment, deducted at settlement and recorded as a distinct ledger line. There are no other service fees. Blockchain network fees for payouts are borne by the transaction at cost. Fee terms may only change with prior notice on the website; changes never apply retroactively.

6. Balances and payouts

Balances are accounted in USD terms and withdrawable in the settled assets to addresses you control, manually or via automatic payout rules you configure. Payouts are processed without manual review. You are responsible for the accuracy of destination addresses; transactions to the address you provide are final.

7. Service quality

We target continuous availability but provide the service “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Blockchain networks are third-party systems; their congestion, forks or failures are outside our control. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid to the service in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time; closing an account requires a zero balance (withdraw first). We may terminate access used for unlawful commerce. Termination never confiscates a balance: withdrawal of lawfully processed funds remains available.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be indicated by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
